After Ted Zack graduated from HIT (Harbin Institute of Tech), he had worked as a computer programmer, then a sales man in electronic component industry. And After that, he started to work in a global trading corporation for some years.  And that experience has helped him gain a substantial number of factory resources, top dealers and distributors in many industries like fabric products, apparels, electronics, mobiles modules and so on.

And durying his position as a purchaser in the company, his parents were scamed and were put into a deep dept. In order to help his parents financially, Later on, he started his trading business, constantly providing high-quality yet cost-effective fabric and clothing products from his wholesale backstage.

When he ran his wholesale trading business, he had always stuck to the principles of Credibility-as-a-Priority and Low-margin operation, and then he was trusted by his suppliers and customers alike.

And up until recently, Ted has decided to offer these great yet inexpensive babies directly to the people who need them, and that is exactly the reason why he co-founded LashVIP.com, to keep constantly providing wonderful items at a low-margin price and FREE SHIPPING service!

The Co-Founder and painting-customization manager — NOURVA

Nourva started her career as a painter.

Nourva was born in a small village.  When she was young, her family was poor, and her parents made a living by farming. Little Nour liked painting since childhood, painting all kinds of stuff around : The rolling mountains in a distance, the ducks pacing by the pond,  waterbirds skimming the water, cattle and sheep eating grass, colorful vegetable gardens, you name it…Those were the targets of her sketching.

With the influence of such beautiful scenery, Little Nourva fell in love with painting deeply. She made up her mind to become a painter. After school, she studied hard and never forgot to paint a bit.

Before the college entrance examination, she resolutely chose the art major in spite of the opposition of her parents and relatives,  and she said, “Art is my life!”.  Efforts will eventually pay off, and she was successfully admitted to the Academy of Fine Arts.

During her college years, she practiced hard and was strict with herself. Through unremitting efforts, the level of her works has been improved dramatically.  In a painting exhibition, her works aroused the interest of collectors at home and abroad,

Later, when she was still in college, her paintings were in short supply. Before graduation, her works quickly became more famous.

After graduation, she opened her own painting studio, namely Nourva Handpainting Workshop,  her hand-painted workshop attracts customers every day, From morning till night, the orders are full,  but she was always meticulous,  even if many more orders are suspended, because of short of hand, yet, she made sure that every picture be close to perfection.  The customers were willing to wait, in a long queue, for months,  but they are willing to wait.  therefore, more and more orders from buyers make her super busy.

As she said,  Art is her life. Being responsible for any painting has been her core principle. It is precisely this perseverance and dedication, that brought her to a new opportunity.

Her works have gradually attracted the attention of fashion bag manufacturers.  After being invited to participate in the completion of her first hand-painted works on top of a famous-brand leather bag, she started her road as a customized leather bag handpainting expert, Ever Since then, she has finished one after another exquisite hand-painted works on fashionable handbags!

As a matter of fact, for Nourva, who has worked for many years in the field with profound painting skills,  it is just like a fish in water to complete such a painting on bags,  yet,  she was never slackened or relaxed, and instead, she was devoted  and commited entirely.

Over the years, Nourva has completed around 1000 figure paintings , no less than 200 hand-painted bag paintings.  Every one of her customized portrait is very popular, And every hand-painted leather bags are sold out at incredibly high prices.

Nourva co-founded LashVIP.COM, and she is now mainly responsible for bag product purchasing and hand-painting customization services.
